ARCH ENGRAVING ACQUIRES STIERN LASER JUNE 2015!

Bob Stiern started his company in 1994, with the vision of providing laser marking and engraving service to the St. Louis area and across the country.

At first, the services involved engraving on industrial parts, medical instruments and dental tools. Then, they expanded to include engraving text, company logos and designs on a wide variety of materials, surfaces and products.

Stiern Laser created a product called "Generation Gems" - custom-engraved jewelry - and that continues to be a popular facet of the business.

In 2003, they built and moved into their new building in Fenton, MO. Arch has moved our production operation into the bulding to combine with the Stiern team:  254 Northwest Blvd.  Fenton MO 63026

In 2014, Bob & Jan Stiern got serious about retiring. The ownership teams of both companies started casual discussions about the possibility of an acquisition in late 2014, and we struck a deal soon after. The negotiations were friendly and "win-win", the transition was smooth and all involved are happy.
